Christine Sculati helps mission-based organizations build visibility, resources, and capacity through fund development, communications, training, and program planning. After an initial consultation with your organization, she will develop a proposed scope of work based on the needs of your nonprofit. Services include the following:

Nonprofit Development Consulting
Research and evaluate potential funding sources and create development plan that suits the strengths and potential of your organization.
Research data and anecdotal evidence to support case statement.
Research and present best practices and budgets for program planning and development.
Write, edit, and manage proposals (foundation & government).
Write quality funder reports including accomplishments and impact.


Program Planning and Management
Manage action plans and initiatives to build knowledge base and meet milestones and goals.
Develop work plans.
Refer organizations to event planners, individual giving specialists, evaluators, graphic designers, database architects, and issue-specific technical assistance providers to meet service needs.
Train staff and interns to plan and manage projects and action plans.


Nonprofit Communications
Web site content assessment and management.
Assess, implement and train staff on the use of Web-based databases for constituent relationship management, donor cultivation, and program accomplishments.
Write and edit constituent communications including donor letters, newsletters, and annual reports.
